Innovative Signs rebuilds and makes vinyl labels for Instant BioScan

We had to match the customer’s blue vinyl labels with what we could recreate. The blue vinyl we used for this project was very similar to what the customer’s sample vinyl labels were. We also had to rebuild the customer’s graphics in order to make the labels.

The labels we made were rebuilt using the samples. We were given the font to use for the text and then made the text to the size of the existing vinyl labels. It also required a quick logo rebuild to use for another set of labels. After the labels were rebuilt in Illustrator we were given the ok to start cutting vinyl. These vinyl labels used black and blue vinyl.

The black vinyl was cut first and weeded and then the blue vinyl. The blue vinyl was going to be transfer taped and then applied on the black vinyl to create the finished label. There was also solid blue vinyl labels and those were done separately.
