Printed vinyl graphics for Global Fuel Recycling in Austin, TX.

Innovative Signs builds graphics, signs, and other products for customers to be delivered out of state. One of these customers is Global Fuel Recycling. They have ordered graphics from us in the past and now they ordered some additional printed vinyl logos from us. These are 4, 10×43 printed vinyl graphics. We had to ship them to the customer because they are out of state. The logo is a vector file that has an added cut line built around the logo. When the printer prints these graphics it is told this file is going to be contour cut. Once the graphic is finished we leave it to dry for 24hrs. Then we laminated the print to make the product last longer and it also helps in installing. We run the laminated vinyl back into the printer and open the printed file again but instead of printing another the printer reads the cut lines. The printer then begins to cut into the vinyl on the cut lines. When it’s finished the excess vinyl is peeled away leaving the text and images separated. The graphics are then quality inspected, transfer taped and then packaged for shipment.
