Innovative Signs rebuilds and makes printed labels for Union Pacific

These are label rebuilds for existing helmet graphics for Union Pacific. They came to us with some helmet graphics they wanted rebuilt and have the printed labels made in large quantity. What we did first was take a picture of the existing sticker and measure it. Then we opened the picture in Illustrator and rebuilt the look. The new label came out nearly the same as the existing one. The material we used was a reflective vinyl that we printed on. They were also contour cut into the rounded rectangular shape.

These are the printed labels as they came off the printer. Now they will be set to dry before lamination.

After being laminated they were put back on the printer to be contour cut. This is how the printed labels get their rounded rectangle shape. After they are cut and weeded they are made into long strips and will be cut again.

Now for the completed printed labels. After being counted and bundled together they were ready to be picked up by the customer. Thanks Union Pacific for doing business with us.
