Sign design and production of Tierra Rica apartment signage

Here is a sign design and sign production for Tierra Rica. This is an apartment signage project that had us rebuild and make their new signs. They brought in their old signs for us to rebuild with a similar layout but with a better look. Thanks Tierra Rica for doing business with us.

Apartment Signage Design

We took pictures and measurements of the signs Tierra Rica brought in. Then it was rebuilt in Illustrator with the text placed on a similar layout. What we did was add MC Company colors and their logo to the new sign graphic. After we sent proofs of the new sign layout and colors we got approval. After an approval we begin printing and production.

Apartment Signage Production

The graphics are printed in house and printed to the size of the aluminum panels we would be using. After the graphics have been printed we let it dry for 24hrs. After drying it is laminated to protect the print so it can last longer. After lamination the graphics are cut along the crop marks. Then the prepared graphics are installed on the aluminum panels and completed.

The Tierra Rica apartment signage graphics have been printed, laminated and cut out. These will be ready for mounting to the aluminum sign panel.

These are the finished apartment signage for Tierra Rica. The total sign package we put together is 7 signs with the same print style. We produce a lot of signage for apartment communities in Tucson, AZ. We have done signage for MC Company, HSL, Scotia Group just to name a few.
