Here we have a sand car wrap that we will work on using custom vinyl graphics. Innovative Signs will be doing the design, print and install of this sand car. Wrapping a vehicle such as this is a great way to add uniqueness and personality to what you own. Because it is a full wrap it also helps protect the original paint job under it. When the vehicle arrives we start the wrap process by removing various hardware such as bumpers, trim and door handles to aid in wrapping the vehicle. This lets us get into small areas and truly fully wrap the vehicle. After removing some of the exterior hardware we also clean the vehicle. Cleaning the vehicle is important because it allows the vinyl to properly adhere to the surface. Without doing this the vinyl could lift and the wrap would fail. The vinyl in use is a 3M metallic that we printed on. Vinyl like this is made for outdoor and wraps for longevity and ease of install.

As for completing the wrap some panels we can install directly on the vehicle and others are small and we can remove them to work on those separately. After our work on all the panels we put the vehicle back together.
