Custom Printed Binder Graphics for VA

These are a custom order of metal binder books for the VA. We first designed these graphics and whenever they sent us an order we would print them. The customer would bring in these metal books and we would install the graphics on them. We have done these books before in the past. Each set of books has a different vehicle on the cover to represent which vehicle they belong to. Whenever the VA gets a new vehicle they send us a picture and we build the graphics for them. It is a simple task to open up an existing file and replace the vehicle picture with another and then print.

Here is what the books look like without any graphics on them. This has the outside cover and the inside.

We install the printed graphics on the covers and inside. The graphics are printed and then dry for 24hrs before laminating. After laminating they are trimmed and then installed to these books.
