Jacobson Custom Homes truck by Innovative Signs of Tucson. This is another vehicle we will be wrapping for Jacobson Custom Homes. We will be installing a partial wrap on this truck. A partial wrap is a vehicle wrap that only has a section of the vehicle with vinyl. This truck will have vinyl on the truck sides and the tailgate but not full coverage. After printing the wrap files we get them contour cut and then assemble them together for each side of the truck. The truck then goes through a cleaning and hardware removal process. This lets the vinyl stick to the vehicle and removing hardware lets us install into difficult areas.

Next we start applying vinyl to the vehicle using the assembled together prints. We align them on the vehicle with correct placement and then apply. This goes down the length of the truck and then goes through some detailing work. The tailgate print covers over the full tailgate.
