Innovative Signs printed these sets of full color vehicle magnets. Vehicle magnets are a great way to use your vehicle to advertise your business. They are an inexpensive alternative to a vehicle wrap or vinyl install. Vehicle magnets are easily removed to put on other vehicles too. Vehicle magnets can be printed or used with cut vinyl. In this case for these 2 sets of vehicle magnets they were printed.

As with almost everything in a sign shop, it must be printed first. Normally a set of vehicle magnets is 2. One magnet for each side of the vehicle. Some people ask for a third to put on the tailgate.

After they print we have them dry for 24hrs before we can laminate them. The laminate is to protect the print so it will last longer. Without it, the print will quickly fade and the customer will have to get another one. This laminate is a clear film that gets applied over the print.

The standard size vehicle magnet is 12×24. Our roll of magnetic material is 24″ wide which means every 12 inches we can cut the material and it will equal one vehicle magnet. When these are cut we apply the finished print that has been laminated to it. The backing is removed revealing adhesive and then pressed down. It’s like a big sticker that attaches to the magnet. We use a corner rounder to cut the corners into a rounded shape.
