Scion tC wrap for Freedom Smoke USA

Innovative Signs of Tucson got the opportunity to wrap a Scion tC for Freedom Smoke USA. We have done many projects for them. We do their t-shirts, business cards, vinyl, signs and vehicle graphics. Other vehicle graphics we have done for Freedom Smoke USA have included trailer wraps and truck graphics. This time we are wrapping this Scion tC for them. Check out their site here. Prepping the Scion tC

We take great pride in our work. A great finished product starts by having us inspect and clean the vehicle. By inspecting the vehicle we will know if there’s any damage or areas to be aware of when installing the vinyl. The vehicle’s surface gets a thorough cleaning. Cleaning under the edges and even into narrow grooves and contours of the car. A clean surface means an easier install and less chance of the vinyl lifting later on. After cleaning we prep the vehicle further by adding primer to the areas where the vinyl could lift. This primer adds extra stickiness to the higher risk areas to prevent any lifting. Now we can install the printed vinyl.

Installing Graphics

We start by doing one large area at a time. Each large area counts as a panel like a door or hood. The squeegee tools we use keep air bubbles from appearing in the print while installing. We check the printed proof of what the vehicle is supposed to look like to insure accuracy. Using it as our blueprint we continue the vinyl installation. Here is the finished product. All graphics have been installed and the vehicle has been detailed.
