Innovative Signs builds aluminum directional signs for Freeport McMoRan

We built these 38×48 aluminum directional signs for Freeport McMoRan. Now additional signage is needed at another location so we took an order for 2 more. These signs are going to be outside and that makes it necessary to provide Freeport McMoRan with a high quality durable sign. The sign is made from thicker aluminum than what we normally use for added strength. The sign is also covered in white reflective vinyl with additional vinyl lettering and shapes over that. The reflective vinyl is to have the sign more visible at night when light shines on it.

This is a picture of what the sign is supposed to look like. These printed proofs of our directional signs just happen to be our guide of how the sign is supposed to look like when it is finished. It is important to know what the sign is supposed to look like so there aren’t any errors in the construction of it.

Next we have the individual sections of cut vinyl lettering and shapes. We align them according to the proof.

Next the cut vinyl sections are applied to the aluminum panel. The process is repeated with the other sections of vinyl until the sign is completed. These are the two completed directional signs we did.
