We will be printing and then cutting these decals for install on the trucks. After printing they are put on our machine for cutting. This is for each vehicle and the vehicle numbering helps keep the vinyl from being mixed up with other vehicles. With the vinyl cut out we can start the vinyl installs and get the vehicles back to the customer quickly.

Prepping the vehicles is about cleaning the surface and removing bumpers, lights, door handles or other hardware that can get in the way of installing vinyl. Cleaning is important because it will allow the vinyl to cleanly adhere to the vehicle’s surface. Dust and oils can cause the vinyl to start lifting at a later time. After cleaning the vehicle we can start applying vinyl.

Using design proofs we can determine the correct placement of the vinyl decals. We measure the placement and level the decals to install them correctly. Once they are aligned it is quick to finish. This project is using standalone vinyl decals so it is much faster to complete than a full wrap.
