Custom Vehicle Decal Magnets for CTI Trucking

These are magnets we did for CTI Trucking. These decal magnets are made with various colored cut vinyl lettering attached to magnetic blanks. The cut vinyl text is made to fit the size of what the magnetic blanks will be for ease of install and production. The vinyl text is weeded.

Here is what the vinyl looks like after it was weeded.

After all the vinyl was weeded the next step was to transfer tape the vinyl. This would be used to place the vinyl onto the magnets. The transfer tape is pulled off when it is mounted to the magnet.

One of the decal magnets would have two colors of vinyl in the final layout. Oil/Water. The extra piece of vinyl is used to align the graphics.
