Cactus RV Printed Stickers by Innovative Signs

These are contour cut printed stickers for Cactus RV. Many stickers were printed at different sizes to complete the order. The graphics file is a vector so that means the logo can be scaled to these different sizes without losing print quality. A vector file is very important to have in the sign and printing business. First the logos are printed on high performance vinyl for its durability and longer lifespan. While they print, the files have an invisible cut line that will let the printer contour cut the graphics after being laminated. After 24hrs we laminated the graphics and put them back into our printer. The machine follows the invisible cut line that was built into the file and cuts out the graphics. When it’s done we weed (removal of excess vinyl) of the graphics. It now has a spaced white border around the printed stickers.

Here are the finished printed stickers. These sticker sets were done at different sizes but they were all finished the same way. One is after it was weeded. The other is covered with transfer paper so the installer or customer can apply them to a surface.
