Here is another vehicle wrap for Wi Power. First their trucks came in and we had to strip the old graphics off to get the truck to get ready for new graphics. Removing the old graphics took about 2 hours and once cleaned and dried off, it was primed and ready to get the new graphics placed on. From start to finish it took an average of 6 hours per truck, 2 for cleaning and 4 hours for install. We have wrapped 10 trucks for Wi Power so far. We have done some work for Alaskan Heating and Cooling Services. One of which have been their trucks and vans. This is a post about one of their vans we did over the winter. They sent us their graphic files and we printed them for this job. Steps involved with these vans included removing their old graphics by hand. This usually took half a day to a day. Northwest Exterminating is currently working with us in wrapping their fleet of Scions. Each wrap takes two people one day to complete. Some Scions have to be stripped of their old graphics and cleaned in order for us to wrap them with brand new graphics. Everything was done by hand. To cover the windows, we use window perf which allows someone to properly see the printed material and it is also see through for the driver to see out of it. This is an installation we did for Asian Grill. We had to take down the old Mandarin Grill Pan Channel Letters. We built “S” letter for the new words and then installed it in the same location as the old letters. This outdoor lighted sign is a product called Pan Channel Letters. This is our installation of Sticky’s Smoke Shop graphics on a dragster. This was done using Adobe Illustrator and after some mock ups and proofs sent to the customer, they were approved and printed. The first steps in wrapping this dragster was to clean the surfaces or any dirt and oils so the final product with properly adhere to the surface.
