Aluminum Rail Road Signs for Union Pacific R.R. These cut vinyl aluminum signs are for the Union Pacific R.R. The type of aluminum is a thick grade .080 with holes drilled into the panels for mounting. The aluminum panels were cut to 41×9 and then silver metallic vinyl was covered over the aluminum panels. After that the black text vinyl was added over that. Now that the vinyl was all in place we drilled in the mounting holes. Drilling the holes left rough edges on the inside.
