Banner order for Marana Boosters.

Here at Innovative Signs we print full color banners in-house. This is a big set of 11 full color banners printed and built by us for Marana Boosters. These banners are 4×6 and have grommets included. For a big order like this, we must monitor the printer to make sure there is enough material for the banner set to print. We also must make sure the printed banners don’t track off the print rollers.

This is our printer printing the banners. The banners are printed continuously as one long set. When they are done we have to trim them out individually by hand. This is why monitoring the printer is important. If there isn’t enough media or the print tracks off the roller it will cause problems. What ends up happening is wasted ink, print media and time if you’re not careful. Looks good the print hasn’t tracked off no trouble here.

After being cut out and trimmed the banners look like this. This one needs to have the grommets (small metal rings) so the banner can be attached to a post, fence or wall with rope or wires. Some companies don’t fold the edges to make the banner making process faster. We fold the edges with double stick tape for added strength.

After putting the grommets on the corners and in the middle we roll them up and call the customer when all of them are finished.
