Cut vinyl lettering install for AZland Pilot Car

Innovative Signs designed and installed this cut vinyl lettering job for AZland Pilot Car. This job had us install cut vinyl graphics onto the sides and tailgate of a pickup truck. This is how this job was completed.

First we took pictures and measurements of the vehicle’s door and tailgate. This will be used to determine the amount of vinyl used for an estimate and to build a mock up. With a mockup we scale the pictures to show the customer what the vehicle will look like with cut vinyl lettering or decals. This is what the vehicle looked like when it was brought in before any vinyl graphics were installed. We were in the process of cleaning the doors and tailgate of the truck so the vinyl can have a clean and secure surface to stick to.

Now that the truck has been cleaned we can install the vinyl on the truck. We align the cut vinyl graphics level with correct placement on the door and tailgate. Then we peel away the backing paper and stick them on the surface of the truck. Then the transfer paper is peeled away and you are left with cut vinyl letters attached to the truck. Here are the finished pictures of the truck.
