This job is for Freeport McMoRan and it had us design and build cut vinyl and aluminum signs for them. We at Innovative Signs have done a lot of signage for Freeport McMoRan in Arizona. This is another order for cut vinyl and aluminum signs for their operations. The signs are 14×20 and use red high performance vinyl. Signs like these are best used in construction, outdoors or other industrial or extreme environments. The aluminum won’t rust and the vinyl letters won’t fade (at least for some time) straight away. This makes it a rugged and long lasting type of sign. Thank you for your continuing business.

We had our machine cut the red vinyl and then removed the excess (called weeding) by hand for each sign. The vinyl has to be removed by hand because there is no technique to remove it any other way. When the excess vinyl is removed we can transfer tape it. The transfer tape is a way to get the vinyl from its factory surface and onto something else. This case an aluminum panel. Each aluminum panel is at 14×20 and so is our vinyl. We align the two together at the corners and apply. When completed, they should be centered and aligned correctly.

Now we have the aluminum and cut vinyl signs are done. They look great and they are ready to be shipped or picked up. Here are each of the completed signs.
