VA of Southern AZ van vinyl graphics install by Innovative Signs

This is one of many vehicle graphics installs for the VA of Southern AZ. We install the van vinyl graphics for their vehicle fleet. Other than the usual vans we also have worked on other vehicles. Such vehicles we have done are trucks and buses for the VA. There isn’t any design that gets put into these because they all have the same theme.

Here is the progress of the van vinyl graphics install. First we took pictures and measurements of the van. This way we’ll know how much vinyl will be needed. If we don’t have enough we will order it and once it arrives we can start the install. This is what the van looked like before any vinyl graphics were installed.

After getting our vinyl to do this install we had our machine cut it. The vinyl was weeded by hand and transfer taped so it can be install ready. The van gets cleaned so the vinyl can have a clean surface to better adhere to the vehicle. Dust and oils can cause the vinyl to lift and then the vehicle will have to be done again.

Here we are installing the blue stripe on the back. The lights are removed so we can fit the vinyl under where the lights go. It’s an extra step involved but it makes the finished product look better.

The blue stripe now finished we added the rest of the vinyl text.
