Innovative Signs rebuilds a metal stake sign for Nature Med

A customer stopped by wanting us to rebuild their old metal stake signs. The metal stake sign has a gap inside the frame and the panel fits inside it. We were given the old sign to rebuild. It would use pvc for the panel with printed graphics installed on it. We rebuilt the graphics off their old signs and we gave them the new proofs for it. Here is what the old sign looked like when it was brought to us.

Building the new metal stake sign panels

After it got approved we printed their graphics. The graphics had to sit out for 24hrs before laminating. We use a laminate for all our printed projects to protect the printed graphics. We want to give every customer the best quality print available for a long lasting product. After it was laminated we trimmed and then cut the pvc panels. After the panels were cut and graphics aligned they were installed on the panels. These were double sided signs so we had to make sure they both had the graphics lined up correctly.

After they were installed we installed them into the metal stakes. They had to be squeezed into the gap inside the frame and that was it.

The pvc panel has been installed for this metal stake sign. There is still a small panel that goes under it.

Finished! The smaller pvc panel has been fitted within its separate frame. This is a well built sign made with high quality materials. Signs similar to this would include yard signs and those that are used with real estate agents.
