Innovative Signs designed and installed this Freedom Smoke Trailer Wrap

This is a new trailer wrap project we did for a customer who is being sponsored by Freedom Smoke USA. The wrap’s design is based off of the current Freedom Smoke USA vehicle wraps to keep with their current theme. The wrap also has “printed by Innovative Signs” and “Sponsored by Freedom Smoke USA” decals to show who printed and sponsored the trailer wrap.

We first started this Freedom Smoke Trailer Wrap by taking pictures and measurements of the trailer. We got ideas from the customer and the sponsor Freedom Smoke USA for design and layout input. We built the graphics as a mock up of the trailer and made a couple versions for the customer and sponsor to choose from. With a mockup it allows the customer to see how the vehicle, trailer or building will look like . It also determines the cost of what we will be printing or building.

With the trailer graphics approved by the customer and the sponsor we could get started on printing the Freedom Smoke Trailer Wrap. Some areas of the print needed to be printed separately due to contours and edges. Window perf would be used on the trailer’s windows.

Trailer Wrap – Before

This is what the trailer looked like before any graphics were installed. We used these pictures to come up with sizes and mock ups of the Freedom Smoke Trailer Wrap. It would be wrapped with Freedom Smoke USA  graphics using the same vehicle wrap theme we have been using.

Trailer Wrap – After

After the graphics for the trailer were printed we could do the install at an enclosed location. This insures that dirt or other substances stay off the trailer and vinyl during install. This is what the trailer looked like after the install was completed. Years ago we installed the print and decals on the black truck that you see with the trailer in the pictures below.
