VA Van March 2014
Innovative Signs conducts a vinyl graphics install on a VA Van for March 2014
As part of a fleet vehicle graphics project for the VA of Southern Arizona we did another vinyl graphics install for another van. Sometimes these vehicles come to us brand new and others have old vinyl graphics that need to be stripped and cleaned. This van came to us brand new and all we had to do was clean it.
Vinyl Graphics Install
After a quick wash we were able to begin the vinyl graphics install. The vinyl is cut by our machine and then weeded out by hand. The final graphics are covered with a transfer paper and taken out to the vehicle. We use a printed proof as a guide to show where each vinyl graphic goes. We mark the areas where the graphic goes and measured for correct alignment. We tape up the graphics and then check for alignment again. When everything looks correct we remove the backing paper and stick the vinyl to the vehicle.
Each color or piece of vinyl has to be installed by itself. A printed graphic it could all go as one piece but this isn’t printed. As the vinyl gets installed we even had to install additional vinyl over it such as the text. The vinyl graphics install would be on all 4 sides including the hood. We have successfully kept the “theme” of the stripe and logo across many different vehicles. Here are pictures of the completed van.
Thank you VA of Southern AZ for your business and support.
