Innovative Signs installs VA Police graphics on a 2010 Chevy Impala

This is a design and install project for a 2010 Chevy Impala. We took the same graphics and theme from their previous vehicle we did which you can see here. We took the same graphics and placed them in the same layout because we wanted to keep with their police vehicle theme. We would be using reflective vinyl for this VA Police graphics install just like the previous one.

First we took detailed measurements of the vehicle and added the graphics as a scaled mock up. This provides what the vehicle will look like and to provide costs. The scaled VA Police graphics provide a means to determine how much vinyl or print area will be used. This is the design we came up with.

When the actual car was brought back to us for the install there were old graphics on it. We had to remove the old vinyl before we could install new graphics.

After we got all the old vinyl off the car we cleaned it and then we started to add the vinyl graphics on it. We used special reflective vinyl for the graphics. The graphics were printed on reflective material and contour cut to the size we would be using. The shield logo is printed on traditional vinyl and also contour cut.
