Special material used for Northwest Exterminating printed graphics

We print and install a lot of jobs for Northwest Exterminating. Mainly their vehicle wraps and vehicle graphics. Here is another print run for their graphics. This is the explanation of makes the material we use for them special.

The customer specifically wanted to use yellow in their graphics. The Arizona sun quickly ruins any yellow printed graphics making them wash out and fade quickly. To combat this, we use a specially pre-dyed material just for this purpose. This material is called Controltac by 3M. It is much like a vinyl except with Controltac it makes installing on vehicles much easier. Unlike to ordinary vinyl, Controltac has air release channels. These channels funnel away air bubbles that get under the material during installs. Regular vinyl you have to lift and squeeze away or pop any air bubbles in the vinyl.

This means that we can print on most kinds of vinyl or special order you a specific kind of vinyl for your project. We do our best to implement ways to give to our customers a better and longer lasting product. Thanks Northwest Exterminating for supporting us.

This is yellow Controltac with black print. The yellow material is run through our printer and black is printed on it.

This one has burgundy print.

After setting for 24hrs to dry we laminate these graphics with 3M Cast laminate. Then they are put through our printer to be contour cut. Once cut the excess vinyl is removed and then cut out individually. These are the finished graphics.
