New monument faces and installation for Titan Machinery

The monument sign faces

The monument sign faces are lexan panels that fit into the areas of a monument sign. We had to cut to size the correct monument sign panels. The edges of the panel were rough after cutting so we sanded the edges to make them smooth. This helps the panel slide in and it looks better with a smooth edge. We also cleaned the panels with soapy water to give the cut vinyl a clean surface to cling to. Here are the two lexan panels we worked on.

When that was completed we applied the Titan Machinery cut vinyl to the lexan panels. The clean surface helps the vinyl adhere to the lexan panels. The vinyl we used is the highest quality vinyl because of its location. It will be exposed to the sun and a lesser vinyl will warp and become destroyed quickly.
