Zany Beaver Graphics Installation.

Innovative Signs of Tucson was contacted to print and add graphics onto the Zany Beaver Food Truck. The vehicle was brought to us without graphics on it. This was only a graphics install and not a full wrap. However we still take the same measures as if we are doing a full wrap. This is what the food truck looked like when it was dropped off to us. Cleaning.

Before installing the graphics we must clean the vehicle’s surface. By cleaning the surface, it allows the adhesive to cling well to the vehicle and prevent any graphics from lifting and coming off. It also makes it look much more presentable to the customer with a shiny clean vehicle. We spray on cleaners and wash them away with a hose and dry it all with some towels. Now that the vehicle is clean we can do the install.

Installing Zany Beaver Graphics.

We install the graphics as soon as it is cleaned. This way any dirt and debris doesn’t have enough time to dirty the vehicle before adding the graphics. The graphics are printed like every other kind of vehicle graphics install job. These graphics were contour cut and the excess vinyl pulled away. We have measurements and printed proofs of where each graphic will go. Here are pictures of the graphics we will be installing.

The squares with the random black squares inside are called QR codes. A QR code is a type of bar code. If you’d like to know more you can go here.

Installation.

Here are the progress pictures of the Zany Beaver Food Truck install. An install like this is typically done faster than a full wrap because they are over sized stickers compared to a full sheet covered the entire vehicle. It is also an inexpensive alternative to doing a full wrap.

As you can see from the pictures, this was a successful project. It turned out great and the customer was very happy with the results.
