Vehicle wrap for Freedom Smoke USA’s van done by Innovative Signs

As part of a fleet of vehicle wraps we are doing for Freedom Smoke USA, this is our next installment of several vehicles we will be wrapping. We took the same original graphics we used for the first car we wrapped for them and applied it to several more vehicles. Each car, truck and van had its own unique challenges. However each of the vehicles continues with the same theme among all of their vehicles and advertising. The previous vehicle wrap for Freedom Smoke USA was a truck which you can see here.

This is the Chevy Express van that was brought into us for the vehicle wrap. We have to clean and prep it first before adding any graphics onto it. Later on the vinyl print would be installed. For the back windows, a special printed material called window perf would be used.

After the van has been prepped and the graphics for it printed, we started to install the van wrap. We are starting on the driver side first. The print is one long section that will need a top half section because the van is taller than our printer can print width wise. Areas like the hood and rear doors can be done in a single section if it is smaller than the max width of our printer.

The driver side is finished. Now to the other sides.
