Innovative Signs creates a couple vehicle magnets for Tucson Plumbing

Here we have a design for vehicle magnets for Tucson Plumbing. We took the rear design of their vehicle wraps and turned it into a 12×24 vehicle magnet. The original vehicle wrap design was made in Illustrator making the graphics a vector. The graphics being vector means we can easily resize and rearrange layout and text. It made turning the vehicle wrap design into a magnet quickly. This also helps keep your brand image the same across many different platforms. Build process for Tucson Plumbing Vehicle Magnets

After the design has been approved we place it into production. The graphics are printed in house using our wide format printer. This is what the Tucson Plumbing vehicle magnets look like when it gets printed. We still have to let it air out before we can laminate and install the prints to magnets. After they air out for 24hrs we laminated them and trimmed them.

Next we cut the magnetic material into 12×24 sections. These sections are going to be what the prints will be mounted to. We align the trimmed prints to the magnetic blanks and then peel away the backing paper and stick them down on the magnet.
